Dealing with anxiety is one of the worse things that people can go through on day to day life. I’ve gone through it personally and I have learned to cope with it. It’s describe by many as a switch going off on the brain, shows up when least expected and no prior indication. You could be driving, dancing or even at work, it just happens. Doctors know the symptoms they are not very different from person to person. Heavy breathing but not enough oxygen going to the brain, dizziness, a strong sensation of dread for no particular reason. It’s shakes your believes and your sanity. People that are going through anxiety believe they are the only ones that experience those symptoms and no one understands what they are feeling. Those not able to cope, end up dealing with drug problem and lots of therapists visits. There are many sites and self-help books that could help you get through this difficult time, one very popular is Dare by Barry Mcdonagh. It’s a highly recommend book. Never-ever forget to ask for help. We, the ones who have dealt with it daily should be open and talk to others about what we go through. People new to the feeling need to know that they are going to be okay and they are not alone. Be there to support those you love!
